Objectives

Indian Festivals Alliance (IFA) has been established with the objectives to:

- Provide the opportunity to strengthen and promote multi disciplinary Indian Festivals. We do this through education, introduction, networking, research, dissemination of information, and the cultivation and development of good working practice.

- To encourage synergies, collaboration and expose issues, keeping the industry fresh, up to date.

- Promote international co-operation between Indian festivals and other similar festivals & organizations.

- Support the development and promotion of Indian Festival organizations.

- Encourage the exchange of experience and knowledge among members.

- Coordinate training programmes and seminars for the betterment of members activities.

- Collect and make available information and statistical data to members and external organisations.

- Represent the common interests of members in their dealings with public and private institutions in both national and international field.

- It acts as a liaison between festivals and implements cross-festival ideas and relations.
