Performing Artistes Membership
IWCF Artistes Membership is now open. In its efforts to promote Multi Culture, IWCF shall create and host artist showcase opportunities, the best of dance, music, theatre, puppetry and the folk arts. The IWCF give membership to performing artistes proficient in their respective fields to be placed on its databank. Artistes members on this databank may be considered for the cultural performances.
Support Materials :
Applicants must submit support materials to provide the forum adequate information to judge the application . Because the quality and appropriateness of the support materials are contributing factors in the review process, it is important to submit only the highest quality support materials that best represent the applicant. Please consider the relevance of each piece of support material. Please note that support materials will not be returned to applicants. You must submit one copy of all support materials and work samples.
The following support materials are required with your application :
- Bio
- Promotional packet (information you send to sponsors/venues explaining your services)
- Work sample (can be, but not limited to: CDs, DVDs, video and audio cassette tapes, sound files, photographs, performance programs, books, etc).
- Listing of performances from the last 2 years.
Do not:
- Submit original works of art.
- Submit support materials you cannot replace should they be lost or damaged.
All support material should be marked : " Perforimg Artistes Membership " and
Label with name of applicant. All support materials and registration fees should be send to the following IWCF Programming Office :

All artists have to submit the following non refundable registration fees by Cheque/Demand Draft or by Cash
Indian Solo Artist - Rs.
1000/-
Indian Artist Group/Institution/Organization/Trust/Foundation - Rs. 2500/-
International Solo Artist - 50 US $
International Artist Group/Institution/Organization/Trust/Foundation - 100 US $
You can also deposit the membership fees by cash in your bank. The cash deposit should be in the name of "India World Cultural Forum" in Current Account No CA 30418827003. Please mention the IFS Code : SBIN0003437 branch SBI, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi - 110027.
Those performing artistes who are desirous and serious of taking IWCF Membership only may apply to the Forum by filling online the following form. No form will be accepted without the registration fees.
